Some bleeding early in pregnancy is normal. Since it happened just after sex it is likely due to some trauma. The fetus is well protected and should't be in any trouble. "Pink" is nearer to the vaginal opening. It would be darker if it was further up.
If she has heavier bleeding or cramping then seek medical attention immediately.
