Hello, I am 45 years old and it looks like that I am slowly entering my menopause. I don't have any significant symptoms, my head just buzzes once or twice in a week (I do hope that will be all of the symptoms). I am trying to prepare myself mentally for the possibility of suffering from more serious symptoms.

You should not be that worried. I mean, your menopause did not even begin, so at the moment, do no think about what might or might not happen. Perhaps, as you hope, it might be nothing more than a slight head buzzing. I was not that fortunate, I was constantly driving everyone crazy with my constant mood changing.
