Hi. I am 45 years old and I am in my menopause. I hate it. I suffer from hot flashes all the time. I wake up in the morning, soaked. My blood pressure is high. I have gained 4 pounds. I feel awful and my sleep is completely disturbed. I am on estrogen therapy but still I feel different. I am in no mood for anything. I just wanted to share my menopause story.
