i had my first arthroscopic surgery four years ago because of a labral tear about a 1/2 inch of it peeled away from the bone. then about a year and a half later it started hurting again so i went into another surgery where they tried to trim it up and remove some bone. now its been about another year and a half and im having even worse pain than ever before and im doubtful of going to the surgeon again but i cant deal with this pain the rest of my life and no medicine has worked!! are there any new treatment options?? what should i do?? any help would be great!!!
