Mt testicle is three times it's size and is really tender and i feel pain in the stomach area above woke ip in the middle of the night like this i tried to walk but i threw up. Please help..

See a doctor - NOW.
It can be due to an infection BUT it can also mean you have testicular torsion. If you do, it needs to be treated NOW! If it isn't, you can actually LOSE the testicle. It will die because it can't get blood and you will only have ONE testicle left.
Swelling, severe pain, nausea, and vomiting are just some of the signs of testicular torsion.
This is worst case but without an exam we can't tell what is happening.
