ooooh man I'couldn't believe my penis was shrank badly after spinning one hours at gym i push my self to much peddle to hard I start worry I'm glad reading other peoples experience I won't over bike no more my be running but i will such be fore do any exercise .

Could be related to blood flow. Cause u are running blood doesn't need to be there at that time is goes to muscle and lungs. Just a thought.

Its nothing to be worried about it happens naturally to most men. All that is happening is that your body is sending the blood to your leg muscles which need it more than your penis causing your penis to shrink. After exercise your penis should return to normal size. I play rugby three times a week and this happens regularly.

I am recently 60 years old and througout my life I have had the embarassment of shrinkage in both my penis and scrotum probably 70% of the time for no apparent reason. I always assumed that it was caused by a hernia operation that I had when I was 11 years old. Well guess what? I went to my family physician because I had pain urinating. Blood work and a urine test discovered an infection in my prostate. I was prescribed an bacterial antibiotic and an alph blocker (Tamsulosin 0.4 MG Capsules). After two days my penis and scrotum have dropped down and are hanging just as proudly as I could ever hoped for. I did some research and found that adrenaline as well as exposure to cold conditions can cause the shrinkage affect. The alpha blocker relaxes the the componenents tha cause the shrinkage. To me it is a miracle. When I think back at a life time of avoiding situations where it would be only 30% probable that I would appear respectable I feel genuine sadness. Today I a as proud as a peacock (no pun intended) and intend on leading a fuller less limited life now."

I have been taking Tamsulosin and its the only thing thats ever helped.

Geez guys, I wish I had this problem. Running has the opposite effect on my tool. I think it may be the gravitational forces of earth, but my junk hangs out my shorts by the end of my run. It takes about an hour to shrink back to normal. It can be quite embarrassing.

Same thing here. The amount of fat in my penis is quite zero. So, when the blood is gone... it shrinks to an inch. Others have some fat in their penisis and this limits the shrinking accordingly since fat is more permanent than blood.

I seem to be having this same problem as well, noticed it more recently as I have taken up running. Also, it feels like there might even be pressure pulling up on my left testicle.
