Since birth, my penis has moved app. 45degrees conterclockwise. My circumcision was messed up and i had scar tissue on the side( removed when i was 11) idk if that did it? %-)

It sounds like Peyronies disease. It is caused by scar tissue forming. Since scar tissue doesn't stretch, the penis bends.
