I am 17 years old & I had sex for the first time in about a year, 2/3 weeks ago. My period came at a normal time of the month (my periods are always irregular) but before this period I had light spotting which never happens and the internet just shows a bunch of articles saying that I might be pregnant. I have my period now and it’s normal but I was just kind of worried because I never spot like that before my periods they always start off on a heavy flow. The same thing happened when I had my first period after having sex the first time. Is it sex that changes up my period? Please let me know.
