my period ended a week ago, two days later I took postinor 2 then 3 days later I had light bleeding

Hi all, my period ended a week ago and two days later I took two tablets of postinor 2 then 3 days later I had light bleeding I thought it was spotting so I didn't really worry about it but another 2 days and I'm bleeding. Please what does this mean.
