Hi I got my tongue pierced Friday and it's now Monday and my tongue is white!! Also -.- it's still swollen I used Listerine but stopped, now I use salt water and non alcohol mouth wash. But why is it white:( will it go away also. When can I have a shorter barbell?? My piercer told me to come in tomorrow and change it

the white is from your tongue healing. dont worry. you can't have a shorter barbell until your tongue isnt swollen anymore. i kept my long bar in for about a 3-4 weeks then went to the store and bought normal ones. you do not need to go back to your piercer and have him change it.

Okay had my tongue pierced last Monday so 6 days ago, woke up this morning and it's like little white spots, do i worry or take it out or what?? Is it meant to go like that?
