My tubes are tied, but my period is late, my breasts are swollen and I'm always hungry

Hi Im 48 yrs old and i didn't had my period since May 2016 and i took pregants test it negative and last month my breast start to feel pain like it feel swollen inside and im always hungry and gaining and i have my tube tied my last sex was in may 2016 and i dont know what else to think...please help me out
