Hello. I'm 30 year old male and I would like to hear more about one specific condition that my wife just recently developed.
About three years she has had a difficult labor with our youngest daughter and luckily everything turned out well.
A week ago, on some routine gynecological checkup her doctor found out that she has some Nabothian follicles in her uterus and scheduled her for one more examination next week.
My wife is really frightened because, like me, she doesn’t know what this really is. So, what are these Nabothian follicles and how serious they really are?

Hi. I was diagnosed with these follicles long time ago and I will share my experience with you. You see, I was also frightened when I heard about it from my doctor but he explained to me what it is all about.
You see, Nabothian follicles are just like some small bumps on the surface of the cervix and they are commonly filed with pus. My doctor told me that in most cases, these cysts occur when new tissue reduce it self on the cervix after childbirth.
Then, these small gaps filled with mucous secretion are being trapped in the tissue. There are no possible symptoms that could occur and they are most commonly found during some routine gynecological exam! No treatment is needed!
