Hey peeps i'm new to this site so hopefully i can some answers to ease myself from worrying, i gave birth to my second son in feb of 2012 i went to go see my GP about what contraceptive would be best for me he handed down the options that were avail so i took the depo provera being low cost & suitable in my situation, anyway after getting my first injection in april 1st 2012, the next day my period had stopped for about a month, then in may i started spotting, then my bleeding became a ongoing thing is it true that going on this contraceptive is part of the side effects? i went to see my GP and i must say he never did tell me what the side effects were etc...but that it wasn't normal but i have read a few stories online & they fit into what im going through so he prescribed primolut 2 tabs twice a day for a full 10 days, my 10 days ended on friday 13th july 2012,it wasnt until monday night i started getting back pains now this is how i knew when my period was coming so after taking the tablets it did say that slight bleeding withdrawal will occur after taking these, my next injection isn't due until sep 14th 2012 should i go back for it to see how it goes this time or cann it altogether?
