Also, if I were to be in Northern Ireland and I pressed United Kingdom, you would not expect it to appear as Great Britain. For what its worth, the UK is the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Anyway, I think we need to break it down to the individual countries; England, Scotland etc. as the health systems are a little different.

I just discovered more to add to the way this section is working now.
I normally read the posts I get email notices on, then I go to "Posts since last visit" to see what's new but I just found that doesn't seem to be telling all. It appeared to be all old posts like no one was submitting new topics anymore, so today I went to "unanswered posts" and found a whole long list of posts that have never showed up in "posts since last visit".
"posts since last visit" no longer appears to be a list of posts since my last visit. It seems to be a list of all the posts that have been replied to since the new system began. It no longer indicates ones that I have read during the current session and it just keeps getting longer as the old ones never go away no matter how many times I go away --- and come back.

I haven't had a single Topic Reply Notification since about noon on the 13th.
I did get a private message notice late in the day on the 13th but when I try to go there so I can reply to it I get an error message.
I read a post and wrote a reply to it this morning 10-18 and couldn't send the reply because the buttons at the bottom are missing. I'm going to just click on one of the "X" boxes at the bottom and hope it sends this message .

Well the send and review buttons are back and the posts since last visit was working for a while yesterday. It actually reset to zero when I went away, but since last night they seem to be accumulating again. They still have the problem of not removing a post and reinserting it at the top of the list when someone replies to it. This leaves the same post showing up several times on the list.
I still haven't received a single reply notification since the 13th and I can't open the private message I was notified of on the 13th so I can reply to it.
