Are you on any medications? Some can cause this as a side effect.
After you masturbate, does your urine appear "cloudy?" If so you may have "retrograde ejaculation." It would be VERY unusual for it to suddenly develop in a teenager unless there was an infection or injury (unless it's a med).
Post back about the meds and urine color. You may need to see a urologist.
