I'm 13 years old and for about 2 years now I have had these very small skin colourd spots all over my penis+scrotum. They do not irritate or hurt me at all but yesterday I was doing my thing.....;), when I noticed
that one of them went red, as if i had peeled the skin of it. It doesn't hurt but i am really uncomfortable with them there, i find this embarressing. Any help would be apprecisted.

Look up fordyces spots it is probably what they are..... they are normal and usually appear durring puberty
