noone ever told me about pulling forskin back. my forskin is stuck to my penis, is this normal?
im 18 and recently I was fooling around with some girl and she pulled my forskin back for the 1st time.... I panicked and ran into the bathroom... I didnt know what to do! but I calmed myself down, and eventually got it back to normal.
recently, i tried to do the same again... I never had the confidence to do it, but after that incident, I did it again. I pulled the skin back (while erect, halfway through masterbation for some lubrication) but the skin rolled up and it took AGES to fix :-(
im always worried when recieving masterbation/oral sex, if something might rip etc.. and I also have an extremely sensitive inner penis..
could someone please walk through some stretching techniques?
is flaccid or hard better/easier/safer?
i really dont want to see a doctor or something...

I only just discovered this myself a few days ago.. and I'm 33! You can imagine how stupid I feel.. I didnt have a clue that the foreskin is supposed to go back.
