For the past few months I have been experiencing rather weird symptoms that just don't seem to add up to the doctors that I've been to. I've been to a neurologist (Who may as well have said I was lying since he didn't believe me) and I've had an MRI. I've also had an EKG with normal results.

Normally about once a day, I experience dizziness. That is nothing unusual to me. I've had dizzy spells for as long as I can remember, but never this serious. As of lately, my dizzy spells are accompanied with three more side effects.

One, the left side of my body goes numb and tingles til I can't stand it. Two, my scalp tingles strangely at random on the left side only. Three, I normally end up with a severe headache that leaves me extremely agitated.

I've only passed out once from being dizzy though, and that was earlier this school year which launched me into visiting doctors with no results. I never know when it'll happen either. Sometimes they happen right after I shower, sometimes during class, and other times while I'm simply sitting down in the car. I can handle being dizzy, since I'm so used to being a little off balance and I love dizzy rides at carnivals, but this is a dizzy I'm not used to. It's so bad that I can't even hold my head up straight and normally fall towards the right since my left side is limp.

I just want an answer. I can deal with it, I just want to know what could be wrong with me. I've been treated for vertigo but I still am experiencing these dizzy spells.

For a little back info, I am sixteen years old, female, and I suffer from depression, anxiety, and insomnia which I take medication for; along with taking birth control, a sugar pill [in order to keep me from developing diabetes from a strong genetic likelihood], and a low dose cholesterol pill [again, as all of my family has problems and they want to keep me from developing it as well.]

Any advice or information would be a huge help for me.

The symptoms seem to similar to pre aneurysm, however if you also experience auras (vision fades to black with strange colors) it may be hereditary migraines which are agitated by the insomnia pills.
