I am on progesterone tablets currently. as instructed by my gynac. after having sex about 2 or 3 weeks back for the 2nd time in my life (drunk sex). it was with protection and did not ejaculate. i still havent gotten my periods after taking my course of tablets and i feel a burning sensation when i urinate and also some kind of slight throbbing. the 1st week after sex i also noticed blood a few times after urinating. it still slightly burns while urinating. Is it some kind of disease and what about me gettin my periods??.. solutions?!?!

sounds like you might have a slight bladder infection. Progesterone also doesn't regulate your period so you may or may not get it. Progestrone keeps the lining of your uterus thin so that you won't have heavy periods but the estrogen is what regualtes when they happen.

hi, I have to agree on that one. it is true, it happened to me and I can say that I was extremely worried. but, I agree that changing progesterone levels can actually contribute to abnormal menstrual periods and even to menopausal symptoms. so, when this happened to me, I went to consult my doctor for sure, I mean, that was the first option. he recommended some natural progesterone cream, I just can't remember the name, but I can say that it was really, let's say, like a magic wand for me. it helped e and tnx God everything was way better after using it.
