I am no stranger to intercourse and have alot of it but now it's always protected and its always been my fiance for the last three years who lives with me and were both clean but this has never happened to me before and I am alittle freaked. I had protected sex tuesday night and to be honest it was only about 30 seconds (was trying a new position for him old one for me that worked too well) and then on wednesday night I thought I might be getting my period but the bleeding only lasted like two minutes if that. Then thursday I felt fine no period and then around noon on yesterday I started feeling not cramping just uncomfortable in my lower abdomin and I am still feeling it and there's still no period . I'm kind of concerned because I'm 25 now and at 15 I was diagnosed with PCOS but never did anything about it and when I see my gynocologist I put it off. My periods have no regular time frame I don't even get them once a month and when I do they are very heavy and last a week or two. I have never given birth but have had a couple of miscarridges in the past and they both started this way with the release of blood but that happened a couple hours after sex and it was not followed by a strange uncomfortable feeling and those where from unprotected sex. Right now I don't know what this is from is it the PCOS? Am I pregnant again? Could somebody help me out please if you know anything.

It's not exactly easy to say what is going on, especially because your periods are irregular because of the PCOS and I think that the best advice is the one you know yourself - you need to see a gynecologist and see what are your options for treating PCOS. But, since you say you always have protected intercourse, I don't see how could this be related to pregnancy (not to mention that it happened so soon after sex), but it might have been a sign of your ovulation - some women do experience slight bleeding and cramping about the time they ovulate.
