So for a while I've had slight peeing troubles, and also when i masturbate, I feel that some cum is left in the urethra. The tip of my penis is also slightly blue in color, while the rest is pink. There are also small, barely visible (only under light) red bumps near my urethral opening, but that may only be because there is discoloration on my penis head. Anyone else have this problem?
