I am a 15 y/o male. The past 2-3 days or so I have noticed a strange problem with my urinary tract near the top of my penis. The tract is abnormally small almost like it's swollen/irritated and some kind of film frequently develops at the tip of my penis. I'm still able to urinate as the urine just breaks through the film. I'm guessing it's some kind of irritation/infection? Though I really don't know what could have caused it.
At first I thought it might be a UTI but It doesn't really check any of the big boxes. I haven't had sex with anyone, my urine is a normal color, I don't feel any burning sensation when I urinate, and I don't really feel any significant pelvis pain. I have sometimes been feeling a faint, sharp pain in my testicular area when I urinate if that means anything but it's not significant.
Is this something I should worry about? Should I see a doctor or just let it heal? What can I do about it in the meantime? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With it just happening in the last couple of days have you noticed before that your urethra opening seemed smaller or has it only been since this started happening?
