When you stop birth control sometimes your body will go through an adjustment phase. Birth control gives you hormones and when its gone your levels will change causing cramping, breast soreness/tenderness, vomiting, nausea, etc. While at the doctors ask for a blood pregnancy test because they are more accurate than a urine pregnancy test. Good Luck
