I went to my obgyn today for my 2 week post op visit from my endometrial ablation. I told her I was on the last month of my birth control. She advised me to stop as of today to see if the ablation actually took. Is this a good thing to do or will my entire system be messed up and will i get terrible cramps. I still am bleeding but very very faint almost non existent. I did notice however after my exam i started bleeding more. I still have not completely stopped bleeding since March 22nd even after the ablation but its very light, I don't even go through a pad a day but I still have a faint amount of blood. She took me off birth control for the next six months. I am so worried that I will start bleeding horribly again and return to having dreadful periods with terrible accidents. Any advice would be of assistance.
