Ok. Very new to this. On 12/26 i had my period. It ended on 12/30. On 1/4 & 1/5 I had sex. 3 days later I started to feel as if I was coming down with the flu, stuffy nose, headache, body aches but no fever. It went away after two days. Today (1/12) I'm cramping still as I do a week before my period which is about 31 days. Ovulation? The crampingis mainly in my lower back and right hip. Any suggestions?
