i am 37 year old female and still having no kids.married almost 10 year and tried /counsulted high profile doctors all is in vain. even i got pregnant but aborted 4 times.
i underwent a laproscopy surgery 2 year before and doctor found appendix inflammed. biaposy of appendix show foci of endometrosis. after the surgery donazole started i was relief in pain till 2 years but again nows the day i am feeeling pain both side of my abdoman all test related to kidney and upper/lower abdomen inculding ultrasound is normal.but my pain is worson. is my endometrosis is coming back. doctor are not confirmed about it . should i ever get pregnet how it will confirmed and what treatment i should take?
