I have a certain pain in my leg and it hurts even more when i touch it. It's only in one part not near it or anything and I seem to have discomfort in ny back and butt region. What can this be? Worried about blood clots. Help

Depending on your age, blood clots might be a reason, but you usually shouldn't feel any pain even if the vein had a clot. Is teh pain constantly present or is it more like shooting/ stabbing type of pain that comes and goes? For how long have you been feeling this pain?
There are number of reasons that might be responsible for this type of pain, from muscle, tendon or bone inflammation, to osteoporosis or even injury. To be honest, I think you will need to see an orthopedic specialist to find out the actual cause - or at least get your physician to examine the area.
