Hi. My gyno was doing a yearly pelvic exam and accidently partially ruptured a cyst on my right ovary that she didnt know was there.

I started getting horrible cramps, pain, seconds after so they did an ultrasound in office transvaginal and said it was a 3cm hemographic cyst that was leaking blood into my abdominal cavity hence the pain.

4 weeks later still cant sit up for more than 10 minutes without getting really bad pain on my right side.

Went for follow up transvaginal ultrasound and cyst is gone (probably burst back when she partially ruptured as it hurt really bad for like 4 days) but I still cant sit up for more than 10 minutes without getting horrible pain in the ovary area where cyst was (feels like cyst is still there)

Anyone else have this happen and if so, did anyone figure out what is was? Coudl my ovary be damaged from her hitting it and tearing the cyst and it just needs time to heal?

I stopped driving, I can stand and lay but not sit. I have been taking train to work and standing at my desk to work all day (they raised it up for me)

Am I making it worst doing so much? Anyone know whats going on?

Please let me know. I am really scared:(
