Hi,
I am a 19 year old male and recently have been having regular sexual intercourse (at least once a day). Since I started having this regular sex my erection isnt nearly as stiff and actually semi-hard. We had really rough sex one night that lasted quite some time (30 minutes or so) and it feels as if my penis is bruised but there is no physical indication of it, but I have random half erections during the day and can not achieve a full erection when I should be (ex. sexual intercourse, masterbation, oral sex)
I am deeply concerned about this issue. There is no burning or itching just when i am semi erect my penis feels very sore and like before a bruised like feeling. I know it is impossible to "break your penis" but it almost feels as if I sprained it and it is not allowing me to have a full erection.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like you might have done a little damage to the a vein or tube inside the penis during that session of rough sex.
Thankfully the problem will heal itself if you give it time. Which means, no sex, no masterbating, etc for about ten days. After that time the erections should be back to normal. If they're not, then its time to call the doctor for an exam.
