Few days ago I have noticed something strange on my right testicle. I don’t know how to describe it, but it feels like small nodule inside. It doesn’t hurt me, and I have noticed it because I often watch if everything is ok down there. I am really worried now what that could be, I am afraid to go to the doctor.

There are a lot of men with some kind of nodules in their testicles. Also, there are a lot of possible reasons for their appearance. I think it is important for you to know that there is one structure called epididymis in your testicles. It is attached along backside of the testicles, so maybe you found it for the first time now. Usually, nodules in the testicles are almost always benign. One of possibilities is that you have epididymal cyst. This is structure filled with fluid and it never goes away on its own. The only way it could be removed is surgery, but it came when it starts to be enlarged and painful. You shouldn’t be so worried because this is not so complicated procedure and for sure you will not lose your testicles. However, I would recommend you to visit your doctor to know for sure what that is.

I had a doctor checking my testicles for the first time, and he noticed a nodule on one of them. I've never really noticed, or just thought that's how my testicle was. It's been like that since childhood at least. He recomended me to have an ultrasound test. He said he might be nothing. When searching information about this on the Internet, it all leads to information related to testicular cancer. Should I be worried? I must had this nodule for at least 20 years now...
