I have problems with my tactical and groin. Few days ago, I have noticed a few lumps on the both of my testicles and in my groin. It is annoying because it aches when I press it. I am afraid because I am sexually active and have been with more than three girls in the past month. Could I have contracted a sexually transmitted disease, or aching testicle and groin means something else?
