i was recently operated on my foot and ankle started taking vicodin then had trouble going to bath room not pee the other took some stool softner but while trying to go used some force while doing this I felt a weird pressure in my penis and some blood in my urine not a lot but it appeared of small threads of bllod came out in my urfine this happend twic but has not happened again its been a week and a half now but I have this feeling of wanting to pee alot and when I go i do pee it i have no burning feeling or real pain just the uncomfortable feeling of having to pee. I have been sitting on a couch for 3and a half weeks now  need some advice
