Im a 48 yr old woman who has suffererd with bleeding hemroids on every bowel movement.  After 2 yrs, I decided to go to dr an get this new THD procedure I learned about. Its almost 2 weeks this Friday since the procedure has been done.  Im just still not feelingup to par.  Im not sure whats going on. I havent had a bowel movement in 3 days.  Im constipated for some reason not sure why either, After the procedure I've taken Vicoden for the pain and didnt know that has stopped me up so I stopped that 2 days ago, giving it 1 more day to get totally out of my system. I asked dr's office what to do and they said take milk of mag.  to allievate my pressure.  I've taken Alleve and that helped bigtime.

 

Im very happy with the procedure,,,the first fews days, I projectiled vomited, couldnt pee, let alone have a bowel movement. With the help of soft foods n stool softner it made it easy to do. I've regimented a high fiber diet.  Salads, mutamucil 2x a day, stool softner.  I am concerned about the itching,,,i believe its the stiches,,,I am proud to say my rectal hole looks normal now and not like a collyflower,  PROUD OF MY decision but concerned on the bm's im Not having.
