I know that some use electric shock as fetish in sexual activities and also I know that this is dangerous. I don’t really know the feeling that you are describing. Is it really painful? How old are you and are you masturbating regularly? Is it possible that you masturbated too much and your penis is experiencing this as a result of this? It is hard to find the cause of this, because electric shock in the body is a result of nerve shock. Have you had any trauma in your pubic area? I think that this kind of pain is not a result of some kind of infection or maybe sexually transmitted disease. If this continues it should be advised that you visit a doctor.

I know this sensation all too well. Its my 5th times, and each time it was caused by a kidney stone. The closer it moves down from your kidney towards your bladder, that radiated pain can kick in. More than likely, the actual cause of the pain is not the tip of the penis itself, rather somewhere else, being radiated along. Talk to your doc. Good luck!
