My vagina is hurting

So, I'm 15. Live in California (pretty cold right now) I'm scared and afraid to talk to my parents about this situation. Maybe a couple weeks ago, I started getting itchy (down there) and I didn't know what was going on so I started scratching, then it hurt really bad I stopped. Couple days later it started hurting and now I can barely walk without me feeling it rub against something (really painful) I don't know what to do about this and I'm really scared it won't go away on its own... what should I do??? It feels like I cut my vagina in the middle and up into my butt hole... it really hurts doing anything (going into the bathroom) and I did this when I was pleasuring myself... I don't know what I did but it really hurts and I'm scared to say anything to anyone!!! :'( I went home crying because it hurt so much and I try to not move around when I'm at home. I'm scared to drink water because then it means I have to go to the bathroom and I don't wanna feel pain and go "OUCH!" after I feel it burning in the "cuts" I finally started look up what to do and I have a boyfriend (2 months) and he's the sweetest and he knows about all this and he's worried that I could probably get really sick from this. I'm not sure, and I really am asking for even a tiny bit of help. please! I'm very scared about this situation, it's never happened to me before
