I am 39 years old, I got my period twice in one month (within 2 weeks of eachother), the first day I was spotting, the 2nd through the fourth day it was very HEAVY, I am also experiencing lower back pain, dizziness, headache, and I feel weak. Does this sound like a miscarriage or the beginning of my changes or just a FLUKE?
