Side effects from acetazolamide are not that common. You may experience stomach upset or loss of appetite. Symptoms like drowsiness, increased thirst and urination or blood in urine are sign for you to visit your doctor.
Alcohol can add to drowsiness. Your skin may become more sensitive to sunlight.
Tell your doctor about all other drugs, even otc you use. But you have no need to worry. Just try to be very responsible when it’s about your health.
