I am a healty 24 female. I have a bump or lump type thing on the inside of my leg near the vagina. I have recently been tested for all STD's the results came back clear. My husband says that it kinda reminds him of a sweat pimple. The problem with that theory is that it only comes in the one spot it seems like it is attached to a vein or a muscle. It pops like a pimple. I think that I am more concerened cause this only started happeniing since my husband mistakenly cheated on me. I have dseen this posted for men in their scrotum area but nothing for the women hoping that someone could help me out with some ideas.

What you may have might be a boil. I have seen this several times on the inner side of the leg near the private area, more specifically on female patients. It will come and go. And it is always in the same area. One trick I have seen done for these is soaking a paper towel in vinegar and taping to the area where the suspected boil is at, this will cause the head to surface and discharge any fluid that may be in the area. I wouldn't be concerned that it is anything your husband gave you, it is just a typical female thing. Sometimes hormonal changes in your body will make these come and go at various times. I am quite familiar with these as my wife has had this happen to her several times. The area becomes sore and sometimes can become quite large. She went to the docotr and that is what it was a boil, very common for women for what ever reason. Don't worry it is not an STD. Strangely enough these always form on the inside of the legs, near the vagina, so assumption takes a toll on thinking it is something STD related when actually it is not. ;-)
