I had a partial hysterectomy back in 2009 In which my cervix and my ovaries were left intact, My fiance and I would like to have a child of our own.... what's my next step?

You will need to see a fertility specialist.  Yes, you still have those 2 lady parts but without a uterus where is your child supposed to stay in your body?  You need the uterine wall for implantation to occur.  So you might need a surrogate mother, you donate your eggs which your ovary still produces and your partners sperm, this will be implanted into the surrogate.  I don't know how you go about getting a surrogate but without more knowledge than that - this is my advice.
