The other night I had sex with my girlfriend twice and I used a different spermicidal condom both times. Both times after sex when I went to the bathroom I noticed there was some white foamy liquid in between the outside of the condom and my scrotum. I'm almost positive it wasn't semen but there was a lot of it. The condom did not come off while I was in her but I wasn't sure if maybe it had slipped and that's what caused the excess liquid. If it slipped a little what are the chances of pregnancy when she had her period a week ago?

I wouldn't worry too much. I suspect the liquid you saw was either your girlfriend's vaginal secretions, the lubrication/spermicide from the condom or a combination of them. If the condom was still rolled all the way down to your scrotum after you ejaculated you can be pretty comfortable that all of the semen was contained in the condom like it is supposed to be.

To be sure in the future - make sure the condom is not too big for your penis...it should be SLIGHTLY stretched over your penis to keep it in place, but not too tight. If the condom moved freely up and down when you have an erection it is too big...if it stays in place you are good to go!

Good luck!
