Hi, so I have been on birth control(pill, apris) for about a year now. I was recently subscribed adderall, a little over a month ago, I started at 20mg three times a day, then 30mg in the morning and 20mg in afternoon and late afternoon, then 30mg three times a day, and then finally 30mg four times a day. Note: I have severe narcolepsy, therefore the high constant dose.

I had no problems until April 13th (two days after starting 30mg three times a day), then while I was being fingered I started bleeding. I was a little confused as I wasn't suppose to be on my green pills for another ten days. That night I put a light tampon in and when I took it out the next morning there was barely anything on it. Then starting April 14th every time I wipe there is brown gooey discharge, that sometimes had a little bit of red mixed in, that had been going on for seven days. Then yesterday, April 26, I went up to 30mg four times a day and I started noticing blood when wiping (very watery/pinkish) but nothing that warranted a pad or tampon. I start my green pills in two days and usually two day ins into my green pills I get my period. 

What is this sudden bleeding in the middle of my cycle? Why did I experience brown discharge for a week and then bleed again? Would any of this be because of the adderall?

Most importantly what's the likely hood of me being pregnant.
