Possibly lymphocele? I have a vein that has bumps in it

Hello everyone, I'm 17 and me and my girlfriend have sex a lot... I have a vein that has bumps in it all most but it is at the very base of my penis and when I am hard it is right after where the condom ends... The condoms are usually really tight and sometimes hurt... Could this contribute to these bumps? It has been a week or so since I first discovered this vein with bumps. They are very hard to see but you can feel them and I have been "stimulated" since I first had it.... It has not decreased in size or anything and I have been applying heat, massaging, and working out.... Any help or reassurance?! Also is this probably lymphocele? Should I try and take a needle and suction some out? Any help would be appreciated as I would love to have sex again...
