I had a radical orchiectomy for testicular cancer.
About 3 weeks after the surgery I had sex afew times and since then I have noticed a vessel running from the base of my penis to just before the head(gland) it is not blue, alil smaller then the veins there, and it is firm like a tendon. My urologist said it was a thrombosed vein but it was a misdiagnosis because my 2 veins I can see clearly(one on either side), this is just to the right of the left vein, I am asuming it is either an inflamed nerve or a lymphocele from surgery, what is it, and should I have it fixed soon, I heard a lymphocele can cause fibrosis.
