I have a flesh colored puffy vein on the right side of my inner labia, its thick and its near my clitoris running along the edge of the labia.

When I have sex or orgasm it gets even puffier, thats why im pretty sure its a vein. I am not able to find anything about this online.. so I am kind of hoping someone else has a similar thing? or know is it this is okay?

It doesn't hurt but feels mildy uncomofrtable if i sqeeze and poke at it. I feel really embrassed about it and want to avoid showing it to the doctor if I can..

Does anyone have this? or any ideas??

I have a similar problem, but i have never had sex before and it just showed up a few days ago. it feels like a vein is raised, causing a hard bump on the right side of inner labia. it hurts a little bit when its pressed, but nothing major. so far it did not get puffy or anything. i dont know what i can do to get rid of it but hoping it will disappear sooner or later. any advice on how i can get rid of it sooner?

I have this same problem right now. It freaked me out when I first found it while having sex with my boyfriend. I've never had anything like this before or any problems down in my genital area. Me and my boyfriend both tried to look it up online but only found things about cysts, which this doesn't seem to fit the description of that. It's more like a long hard bumpy vein with a few hard bumps along it. When I squeeze it, whatever is inside actually moves down the vein(which I assumed that's what it was), and forms a larger bump. Almost as if the vein is blocked on both ends. It gets worse during and after sex just like the original poster described. When I squeeze it it seems to almost pop and dissipate, but still remain slightly hard. I felt really tempted to poke it with a needle and drain it, but it's way too sensitive down there... and I'm not sure what it is, so I don't want to mess with it. It doesn't hurt at all unless I squeeze on it and mess with it.. which just makes it sore. I'm 26 weeks pregnant right now, so thought maybe some sort of pressure from the pregnancy might have caused it. If it hasn't gone away by my next doctor's appointment, I'll bring it up(she's already seen my down there anyways!) Mostly it's just driving me nuts cause I'm someone who has to pick and poke at everything infected or scabbed over.

hey i have the same thing two on a inner vein that does not sound like cysts it like a hard red like tiny stone or grain inside on the vein and goes white when i pull it up, it too only gets sore when i mess with it and i wud just love to squeeze hell out of it but i did enough and it hurts, i dont want stick needle in and do damage but wud like to, i said it when i in with my gyn before she said ya ill look after smear then she was like rushing me and she never looked and i went without her looking again ...so that was that....but when i dont go near it then it doesnt cause bother,so i have left it years.... i too am not pregnant, i have had it all my 20's and am 30 next birthday, so anyone else out there any ideas, id still love to know

I have noticed recently a growth on my labia. I think in might be a vein as well. I don't feel anything unless I mess with it and it feels uncomfterble when I do. I have always been curious of having vaginal cancer but I can't visit a doctor. I'm 14 years old, and to my knowledge and research what I think we both have could be harmless or cancer. My advice would be to see a doctor.

Again same problem, not pregnant but the vein is blue but feels sensitive to touch on my left hand side. Right hand side feels normal but that side with the vein down it feels more sensitive... No idea, can you get varicose veins without being pregnant?

I get this too it's so swollen and very sensitive to the touch. No I am not pregnant. This has happened before. It seems to happen/appear around the time I get my cycle.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one trying to figure this out.... I'm near my cycle, on the pill, no stds never been prego... It feels like a solid tender vein... Only painful if messed with .. no smell no puss and not an ingrown hair... I've ruled out pimples.. don't think it is a cyst because I couldn't get it to a head and using a sterile needle did nothing(admittedly couldn't poke through the skin too painful and scared) but typically when I've had an ingrown hair or pimple the skin over it is so weak/thin that it breaks with ease. Never had a cyst but again... No head no puss and not round... No itching, burning, fever and it isn't hot to the touch. I'm sorry if this is too much info but maybe it might help narrow things down. Good luck to others... If mine hasn't disappeared after my menstrual I'm going to the doctor.

Hi all,

Same same same to all of this! Not pregnant...in my 20's. It's an uncomfortable little SOB but everything I've read says they can just occur and can be treated with surgery or injections if they become too big and uncomfortable. It sort of sucks to know we might have these for life!? Just another little annoyance I guess...

I'm having this same problem! I'm terrified. Not pregnant, im about to start my period. I'm on the pill and everything.. I think I'm just gonna wait it out for a couple weeks. Shrug it off. I'm 16 by the way. It's on the left hand side, the right side is fine.
