so i have this swollen small vein , not sure if it is a vein or not, its  on the top left of penis right under the head i think it connects to the center tube in the back of the penis, its  around 3  cm have no idea what it is , tried searching online do not know what it is , could be a lymphocele. it is  more like a line its not hard i can push it , no pain or anything, 3 days ago after masturbation it was hard that was when i noticed . cant see it when flaccid hard to see when erect but can feel it when erect. btw not sexually active . any one heard of anything like that
