Ok so it's a strange topic and I wish I could have worded the title better. However I have a long term complaint (10+ years now). I'm 36 and about 10 years ago I began to notice that after ejaculating I would soon feel the need to urinate. Nothing strange here you ask. However if I were to have enjoyed an alcoholic drink within a few hours of sex/masturbation, then the urination process becomes long winded and uncomfortable. After I finish urinating, leave the bathroom and get back into bed, within seconds of getting comfortable I develop a burning sensation indicating that I need to urinate. Of course I return to the bathroom and really have to work hard to squeeze anything out, and return to bed shortly after. Yet again I find myself returning to the bathroom on fear of wetting the bed if I don't. I now resort to sitting on the toilet for 10+ minutes reading a book, but I want to know why this happens, if it's normal or if I should consult a doctor. As I noticed the link between alcohol and sexual activity I never considered it to be anything serious, just an inconvenience that I attributed to ageing.

Can someone please tell me why this happens, or at least tell me if they have the same problem. Right now I think I'm the only guy with this problem.
