hi i am four weeks after a vaginal hysterectomy and and anterior and posterior repair i was on iron for anemia and dihidracodine for pain i stopeed dihdracodine as it was constipating me i also have crohns or colitis never been confirmed and this weekend i have neever been out  the toilet passing formed stools sourrounded in mucous and blood i have today developed a very sore back which looks like it may be around kindey area i have been extremely tired and also vomitted a few times the back pain is constant like aching but actually quite strangely soothing when pressed on although initially i would jump i have also experienced some shooting pains low abdonial at each side and am wondering what this could be and if it's just normal recovery symptoms i have been feeling confused today and unaware as to whethere i should seek medical assistance as the the back pain is not sharp intermittent its constant.  Please can someone help me.
