I get a pounding in my left ear whenever there is something loud close to my left side. If I sit near the television for example, I cannot sit with my left side to the t.v. It never hurts, but it is very uncomfortable and annoying. The pounding is rapid and will not stop unless I move or the sound is turned down. I have no idea how long it has been like this, but it is irritating. Any ideas?
