Wait until your next period comes....if you miss that period then you need to worry...but if it comes and you fill tampons (not just little drops of blood)then your ok.....don't listen to aunt billy Bob's grandmother that said I had my period while pregnant.....IT IS NOT POSSIBLE I went through the same thing....if you get your normal natural period then your fine
