so, my boyfriend and I had sex last night
after we did i sat on top of him for a good 10 minutes.
when i went to get up we figured out the the condom went missing..so he stuck his fingers up me and it was way up there layiing by my cervix.
i just got off my period around 2 to 3 days ago.
and all of his sperm spilled out of the condom into my vagina..its not possible to get pregnant that way is it?
im not worrying, because i thought you would have to ovulate to get pregnant.
..but he is freaking out..

You can absolutely get pregnant that way! When semen enters the vagina, whether or not it was in a condom, it is very possible to get pregnant. You got all of it in? It is essentially like you didn't use any protection at all, because the condom is used to prevent sperm from entering the vagina, and well, it didn't.
He has a reason to be worried. What happened was essentially like having unprotected sex. Are you on the pill or any other form of birth control? If not, I would recommend getting the morning after pill as soon as possible. It ups your chances of not getting pregnant considerably, but it becomes less effective the later you take it after having unprotected sex or sex where contraception failed to work, as in this case. There is approximately a 3 day window where it will work, but it is less effective if you wait!

Ovulation is different for every woman, especially with irregular periods. I don't know much about ovulation, but I believe it happens about two weeks into your cycle. If you have an irregular cycle, though, you may ovulate differently every month.
There are a lot of calculators out there to tell when you ovulate, but I don't know if it could accurately predict an irregular cycle.
You do have to ovulate and have an egg to get pregnant. However, sperm can last for more than the day of the actual sex in the body, and the egg can hang around for a while too. Though the chance is lowered when it is not your fertile period, there is never a period that is 100% "safe." In any case, you don't /know/ your fertile period. You can get pregnant at any time, you know, even when you are on your period!
Your best line of defense is the morning after pill, which can lower your risk for pregnancy. If you are 18 or older (maybe 17 or older, I'm not sure) you can get it over the counter, but younger than that you need a prescription from your doctor to get it. the sooner you get it, the lower your chances for an unwanted pregnancy.
